When everything is changing, it can be hard to see the wood for the trees, or to know where to begin first. You may need to: form new relationships and networks; make the most of your strengths and know where your vulnerabilities lie; work out what to sweep away, what to keep and how quickly to move to action with your plan; understand your mission and communicate it clearly to those whom you are leading.
Our leadership growth and change programmes are based on research into management and leadership transitions and the critical factors that determine a leader's success or failure in a new role or changing context. Individual sessions provide the space to consider the questions above, plus the support and challenge to formulate a strategy and the plans to bring it to fruition. Time between sessions is where the action and application of insights and learning from the coaching sessions take place.

Coaching sessions are generally:
❖ 1:1, face-to-face or by phone/Skype
❖ Around 90 minutes’ duration, with further ‘homework’ and reflection between sessions
❖ Held at monthly intervals, though programmes are tailor-made to individual needs
❖ Between 6 and 15 sessions, depending on the individual/organisational needs
Our aim is that by the end of a coaching programme you will:
