Claire James, Managing Director of Pivotal Moment Transitions, is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching accredited coach, and is certified to carry out the Marshall Goldsmith Global Leader of the Future 360o Assessment, which usually forms the start of the coaching programme.

Marshall designed the Stakeholder Centered Coaching process, as he had seen first hand the challenges for leaders in creating significantly increased effectiveness over the long term. His approach, garners support and engagement by the Leader's key Stakeholders to hold him/her to account and to significantly and measurably grow in 1 to 2 important leadership areas over the course of a year. No fee is payable for the coaching if the Leader has not measurably grown in his or her chosen areas, as measured by the Stakeholders.

Leadership Growth Progress Review (LGPR)
The Leader's progress is measured quarterly by Stakeholders through a quick, online survey that tells the Leader how well he/she is doing.

A process loop of feedback and feed-forwardEach month, the key Stakeholders provide feedback and feed-forward suggestions for the Leader to work on. This process takes only 3 to 5 minutes per Stakeholder and provides relevant, practical input for the Leader to apply.
No Growth, No PayWe do not receive our fee for the coaching if there has not been visible, measurable leadership growth in the chosen areas, as determined by the Leader's organisational Stakeholders.
