Mindfulness for Organisational Resilience
Our Mindfulness for Organisational Resilience programmes can be tailor-made to meet your unique context and needs. Programmes typically last 8 weeks, with the new practice each week building upon the foundations laid in previous weeks. Group programmes can be run for between 8 and 15 participants at a time.
