Divorcing Leader Programmes |
Divorcing Leader programmes may be commissioned by an individual leader, or by the organisation wanting to support a key individual to maintain high performance through turbulent times.
Programmes can be delivered in one-to-one coaching, face-to-face, or by Skype/phone, or in small group coaching. It is recommended, for optimum support and results, that a minimum of 6 months' coaching be given.
