Our Leadership Development programmes support and challenge leaders to get clear on their vision and mission and to understand exactly where and how to leverage their strengths and minimise their vulnerabilities. These programmes are highly practical and experiential and are designed to resource the leader with what he/she needs to do well and to make the necessary neurological adaptations to navigate change effectively. Leadership and Team Diagnostics It's tricky to change something if you don't know it's there...for example to make more of a strength you don't recognise, or to minimise an area of vulnerability, when you've no idea of the impact it's having on others and your relationships with them, or when it appears.

Resilience for Leader and Organisation ProgrammesWe seem to live at such a pace these days that it can be hard to find a quiet moment to catch our breath and just 'be' in the present; we're often drawn into planning the 'what's next', or ruminating on past events.
Whilst there's nothing wrong with planning ahead or learning from the past, the here and now is the only place that we can actually make change happen; what's gone before is over and done with and what lies ahead will meet us another day! Our Resilience for Leader and Organistation Programmes help individuals to enhance their ability to be present in the moment, to increase their awareness of self and others, improve resourcefulness, manage stress and develop resilience for the pace and pressures that organisational life may bring. This self-mastery brings with it increased awareness of impact on others and the Interactional Intelligence that we are seeking to develop. Mindfulness work has been shown to make changes at a neurological level and can significantly enhance an individual's ability to connect effectively with themselves and those around them. |
