Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching

This process is highly suited to organisations where shared leadership, collaboration and accountability to Stakeholders across the organisation form part of the culture and/or structure. Stakeholders effectively become the Leader's on-the-job coaches and hold him/her accountable for visible, measurable growth in key areas relating to the Leader's and the organisation's goals.

Successful leaders are successful because of some of their behaviours and in spite of others. Management specialist Peter Drucker once said "50% of the leaders I've met don't need to learn what to do, they need to learn what to stop!".

What's in the Programme?
The programme runs over 9 to12 months and consists of:

What's the cost?
The cost of a year-long Stakeholder Centered Coaching programme depends on the requirements of the individual organisation and Leader and the location in which the coaching sessions will take place. Stakeholder centered coaching is priced to encompass all elements of the programme, including the online Global Leader of the Future 360o Assessment and Leadership Growth Progress Reviews. There are no other expenses to pay (assuming the coaching programme takes place on the UK Mainland) and the Leader has access to the Coach by phone or email for additional support in between monthly coaching sessions.
Special rates are available for some SME's and members of the Employee Ownership Association.
